Colossians 4:5 – Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.
Colossians 4:6 – Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.
A Godly Fear
Hebrews 12:27 – And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.
Hebrews 12:28 – Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:
Hebrews 12:29 – For our God is a consuming fire.
Trodden Under Foot
Matthew 5:13 – Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour (to be made foolisness), wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.
Where The Worm Dieth Not
Mark 9:41 – …whosoever shall give you a cup of water to drink in my name, because ye belong to Christ, verily I say unto you, he shall not lose his reward.
Mark 9:42 – And whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea.

Sodom and Gomorrah was where the Salt Sea Is
Genesis 14:2 – That these made war with Bera king of Sodom, and with Birsha king of Gomorrah, Shinab king of Admah, and Shemeber king of Zeboiim, and the king of Bela, which is Zoar.
Genesis 14:3 – All these were joined together in the vale of Siddim, which is the salt sea.
Lot’s Wife Turned to Salt
Genesis 19:23 – The sun was risen upon the earth when Lot entered into Zoar.
Genesis 19:24 – Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD out of heaven;
Genesis 19:25 – And he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground.
Genesis 19:26 – But his wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt.
Sowed City With Salt
Judges 9:45 – And Abimelech fought against the city all that day; and he took the city, and slew the people that was therein, and beat down the city, and sowed it with salt.
Ezra 6:9 – And that which they have need of, both young bullocks, and rams, and lambs, for the burnt offerings of the God of heaven, wheat, salt, wine, and oil, according to the appointment of the priests which are at Jerusalem, let it be given them day by day without fail:
