Think Before We Speak
Before we speak something in person or on the telephone or write something about someone, let us ask three questions:
1) Is it true?
2) Is it necessary to mention it?
3) Is it helpful?
Then we will not be backbiters, slanderers or malicious or idle gossips.
“Set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips.”
(Psalm 141:3)
