This is an audio sermon by David J. Engelsma titled: “The Patience of Job”

The scripture text that brother David is preaching from is Job 19:25-27, and the audio is 49 minutes long.

In this sermon Prof. Engelsma teaches us about the secret of Job’s patience and the reason for his patience.

I have to say that this was probably the most comforting and encouraging sermon I have heard on the subject of suffering and gave me much reason to rejoice. Always keeping our mind on things above, on Christ Jesus our Lord and the life to come, is what gives us such comfort as we, at times, struggle through this life.
