Hank Hanegraaff

If one called himself ‘THE BIBLE ANSWER MAN’ then you would expect this person to have all the biblical answers – this is not the case with Hank Hanegraaff.

“God is neither a cosmic rapist who forces his love on people, nor is he a cosmic puppeteer who forces people to love him. Instead God grants us the freedom of choice.”
Hank Hanegraaff – blasphemous comment occured on 4th February 2000

“Unfortunately there are people that take revelation 17 and now cause Roman Catholicism to be the whore of Babylon, that simply is unfair, it is incorrect.”
Hank Hanegraaff – NOT A DEFENDER OF THE FAITH – 28th April 1995

  1. Are you trying to prove something? What exactly do you mean by blasphemous? If you are a Calvinist, then I know what you would find errant about that comment, but blasphemous?

I am not a fan of Hanegraaf. Personally, I find him just plain mean. But there is nothing fundamentally wrong with those 2 comments above.

  2. 1.There are some things wrong with the 2 comments above. One is blaspphemy and one is defending a false church. I am an ex Catholic & charismatic. Revelation 17 describes perfectly the false Catholic Church The Mother of Harlots ( Charismatics, and all who teach false gospels & doctrines ) and what she is guilty of.

    2. Rev.7:8,Eph.1:4-5, God has by the good pleasure of His will before the foundation of the world elected his children who were predestined to be given the free gift of grace unconditionally excluding free will ( not of yourselves ) and any other works Eph.2:8-10. One who is genuinely saved cannot resist grace. Free
    will can and does.

3.Rom.11:6, Rom.4:4-5, When an individual gives grace any other title than a free gift from God then it is to suggest man has somehow had something to do with salvation, that God did not alone work out salvation and is blasphemy . God alone is sovereign and has power over the clay, to make one vessel unto honor , the other unto dishonor Rom.9:20-23 period end of discussion.
